In nearly 20 years, Hwa Mao always have a team of experienced and technical employees responsible in the production management.  Most of our dedicated employees are working at least more than 3 years.  In terms of employee training, we continuously invest and make great efforts to promote employee's ability, skills, performance and achievements. 

Hwa Mao is equipped with modern production line such as the plastic injection machines, automatic spray painting machine, automatic reeling machine and other automated equipments use in the production.  And with the world’s leading technology, we have complete production process from parts production, surface treatment like plating and spray painting, and  complete product assembly.  Production strictly follow the 5S management : sorting, organization and preparation, maintenance and cleaning in order to provide a healthy & clean working production environment and to provide a high-quality products. 
   

Hwa Mao’s complete production line : plastic injection, metal, acetate an aluminum.  Materials include PC, CP, TR90, PEI, stainless steel, memory metal and various kinds of mixed materials.
